Where Does the Elevator Go?

To be buying any used car by sending off your money to somebody you don't know for a car you've never seen and will never test drive is nothing short of pure stupidity!
In your case...its quite obvious that elevator doesn't reach the top floor!

Pay attention to details! Pay a couple bucks to hire a mechanic

Please note that the company claims all cars they sell are sold "As Is". In the State of Texas the Lemon Law covers brand new cars only, not USED cars. If a car is sold "as is" the company has no obligation to repair any item on the car once it is sold.
