The Express Group Dishonest rebate practices Wixom Michigan
*Consumer Suggestion: I too had problems with express
I properly submitted a rebate I never received (for Purolator air filters in May 2005, sent to the address in Douglas, AZ). I sent several e-mail checking on the status of the rebate over the course of this time, but they never responded to any of them for a year and a half. They finally responded that they sent the rebate a year ago (if they did, I never received it) and now it is too late to do anything about. $2 is not a lot of money for The Express Group and Purolator over which to lose a customer, but they've managed to so so. Given how much postage is these days, it's just not worth it to do mail-in rebates.

I too had problems with express

I was suppose to get 6.00 back for a case of Murray oil but instead they sent me a .50 check. I called thier customer service number who gave me another address to send the copies I made ( Always make copies ) to. I sent them along with the .50 check. It took two more months and then I received a check for 5.50. It wasn't worth a stamp for .50 so I let it go. Yeah, I think its a corp policy there to shortchange the consumers.
