Express Group ripoff Wixom Michigan

This company rejects my $50 rebate. I called in several time and they constantly state that they did not receive the rebate form. First of all, the orginal rebate address was wrong, I sent my completed rebate form( and everything that's required) to the original PO BOX number on the rebate form on June 28, 2005, then the envelope was sent back to me. I tried sending it again on July 2, 2005, i still got it bounced back.

So I called in the 800 # on the form and spoke with a representative and she told me to send it to a different PO BOX number, which I did on July 24. 2005. I also included a letter explaining why I send this rebate to the second PO BOX number.

From then until now, January 10, 2006, I still have not received the $50 rebate. So I called in again and spoke with Cassandra, employee # 3557, she said the rebate is not in the system so apparently they did not receive my rebate envelope. So they blame it on the United Postal Service and reject my rebate completely. She said there is no way they can accept this rebate, even if i send in the copies that I have kept.

This is the first time that this happen to me and it's very frustrating because I feel like I have been scammed. I rarely write any reviews or comments for bad practices, but I just feel it is important that everyone voices their frustration and do something about it.

This company needs to process rebates correctly and stop blaming it on the post office, otherwise it's exactly a scam no more no less.
