The express group has twice denied a rebate first by an outright lie about the rebate and next after I gave them documentation they nitpick at you. They are in business not to give rebates. I get plenty of rebates from reputable companies but these gut you should watch out for. My rebate was from linens-n-things. I figure a company that hires these guys to do business are of a similar ilk.
