I mailed in a rebate on a Revlon foot spa I purchased at Famous Barr. I mailed the original rebate form, receipt, upc and cut out from the manual. I received a postcard that The Express Group had not received the cut out section from the manual and that I had 14 days to respond. All items were mailed stapled to each other.

I kept copies of all documents and mailed The Express Group a letter indicated I had complied with their original request. I told them they had 14 days to issue my rebate or I would dispute the credit card transaction (linked back to store) with my bank. After no response, I reversed the charge.

Seems The Express Group is hired by companies to cheat their customers. Sad.

Finally received rebate

I finally received my rebate from Express Group. It may have taken about four months, but at least they accidently doubled the amount making the product free. If there hadn't been such a hassle, I would have advised them of this.
