On 5/23/2015 I purchased a home warranty from Home Service Club. On July 10th my a/c unit started leaking. I contacted The Home Service Club and they sent out a a/c person who said if I paid to get the unit cleaned that the a/c coil would stop leaking. So I went ahead with the coil cleaning. After the a/c guy cleaned the coil put the coil back in the unit was still leaking.

The a/c guy contacted Home Service Club to replace the coil. They denied the claim saying it was a pre-existing condition even though my unit was never leaking before July 10th.

Samantha from Home Service Club said they will not cover anything they deam as a pre-existing condition wich would be just about everything.

This company is a scam pure and simple.
