Think Tek: Ripped off for a Sylvester and Tweety Clock

I was over charged for a Sylvester and Tweety Clock and lied to. The representative (who told me that they weren't affliated with Think Tek) told me that the clock was a "deluxe" and it was to be delivered with a free remote for the clock. The remote was never sent with the clock. And the clock didn't seem like any "deluxe" model.

I left 4 separate messages (at 1 (888) 889-4885--unless the mailbox was full) and 3 emails all of which we allegedly suppose to be answered in 24 hours were never answered. The clock was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Then we discover Chistmas morning that the pendulum didn't work.

After I made her aware of the problems with Think Tek, she's afraid to send in the clock to have the pendulum repaired. And after reading the other testamonies she will never send it in.
