Think Tek Over charged me for for my order.

On Thurs. Dec.13th I ordered a Sylvester & Tweety Cookoo Clock, the price was supposed to be $49.99 Plus shipping & handling $12.99 Plus 6% NJ. Sales Tax. making it about $66.76.

My Visa card was charged $120.19. When I tried to get in touch with Think Tek, (the company who is currently selling these clocks)to find out why I had been over charged, all I got was thier customer sevice line, with a recording that tells you to leave a message, however, when you try to leave a message a recording tells you that there is no more room left to leave a messages and when you do finally get through, no one ever returns your calls. I have found several different Phone numbers for this company and have not received a responce from any one of them.

They say they'll return your call within 24 hr. but they never do. I also sent them a fax and still no responce from that either. Think Tek 120 Littleton Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054(973)257-3480, 1 888 889-4885, fax 561 241-4374 also thier customer service web site is nonexsistent.
