i have a proscan 27" television from july '94. bought it brand new. my mother-in-law has two 25" RCA TV sets. they have the same problem. the picture drops on the screen due to a defective tuner. i heard TCE knows of this problem but i haven't gotten a response from them yet. this is a widespread problem with their TV sets.
