Thrifty propane Propane supplier batavia Ohio

 I also am a customer of Thrifty propane. Up until now I have always been very happy with the service. I have paid for propane. Approximately 180 gallons still remaining. I was running low and on January 17th I called and ordered a fill. I was told it would be about a week. Not an issue I called early enough for that to be ok. 2 weeks went by. No delivery. I called several times. No response. Very unprofessional. I was getting close to empty. I called another local carrier. Ordered 200 gallons. They were concerned enough to deliver 50 gallons right away. Now February 4th. Still no reply from Thrifty. I'm beginning to believe they would rather sell our prepaid propane to new customers for a much higher price instead of deliver it to the customers that have allready paid a much lower price then the going rate. I seen the rebutal to the first complaint. Responding to the customer with elderly parents. I have a feeling this was a person that works for Thrifty. They merely attacked them without answering any of the points. why wont Thrifty return any calls or emails? If propane is so low why are they still sending out emails for new customers? Why wont they limit the amount customers can get to 200 gallons like many companies are doing. That clears the truck up for more deliveries in this emergency? Answer any of those questions. Or better yet. CALL YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND EXPLAIN YOURSELF.
