Tidewater Motor Credit Holding Payments from being posted to my account Chesapeake, VA

I have an account with Tidewater and have paid on time and faithfully for two years. My total monthly payment is $479. I pay $150 every week and have knocked off 6 months of my loan by paying early. Recently Tidewater started delaying posting my payments. My payments always posted 5 days after they were sent, then it was 6 and then 7 and 8.

Now they are not posting them at all. I have reached out to the company and am given the same canned response that they are looking into it. I have since filed complaints with the CFPB and Attorney General. My next step is to contact local media outlets and file a complaint against their lenders license in AZ. I know that situations sometimes require using a company like this but I would avoid this one at all costs
