tmobile over ten years T-Mobile jacked my bill around overcharging me and nobody could give me answers why it kept changing since it was unlimited. inowed $52 now they are trying to say I owe $354 and its greedy to think you can tarnish someone's credit if they don't pay up even if they are fake charges el cajon Nationwide

 I was tired of having to waste countless hours "to get to the bottom" of what the new "extra" charges were. And each time it kept changing my bill I would have to waste 4plus hours a month w customer srv. Its ridiculous. I have little children. I can't tell them to sit still for that long. Nobody had any answers . Transfered over and over calls "dropped" no service. Checked their "map" of coverage so I got fed up with drastic changes to my bill. Which was unlimited everything fixed amount. So WHY the over charges. I left the company owing $52 plus change. A little more then a year ago now they have sent to collections for $354 nobody wants to figure out why this is okay to do to a loyal customer of 10 years???
