I had to fight with this company to receive a refund! Please do yourself a favor and check the BBB.org rating (an F) for this company before buying into the many reviews.

This "company" (I prefer the words "group of criminals") does not list their mailing address or a customer support number ANYWHERE on their website. They have no plans to actually write legitimate resumes for their "customers" (more like victims). If you are actually connected with a "writer" (criminal) after paying, they will merely copy and paste the contents of your resume onto a new template. Exactly what you could do over the course of five minutes - difference being that you will actually proofread your version. The version they complete will be riddled with spelling and grammatical errors.

Do not waste your time with this company! If you were a victim of this scam, please report online to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission.

“Tried to Bribe Me for Good Reviews!”

I didn't ask for much from TopResume, and I'm satisfied enough with the reword/reformat I got. But afterwards, they offered to pay me to leave positive reviews on various websites including this one. Not a trustworthy company! Don't believe the positive reviews you read about them here, they're fake, paid reviews!
