TopResume Executive Priority Resume = Garbage Resume New York New York

I purchased the Executive Priority resume-writing package for $349 following a free review of my resume. I expected a professional-looking resume, certainly one different than the one I had submitted for review! Instead I got a horibly poor version of what I had already written, word for word! I am appalled!

In the review of my resume, the reviewer, Katie Warren noted that there wasn't sufficient white space, and yet the so-called professionally written resume contained far less! also in the review, Katie noted that my resume made it sound like I am a "doer" rather than an "achiever." She said my resume needed "polish," and yet what I received was far from "polished!" It contained formatting errors such as text that overlapped divider lines.

The most outstanding fault of this so-called professionally written resume is the fact that the writer, "Kathleen D." merely re-wrote word for word what I had written in one of the resumes I shared with the service, except that she arbitrarily jumbled up the accomplishments, inserting them under the wrong job titles! Unbelievably sloppy!

This resume is worthless! I cannot use it. Not only is it inaccurate to the max, it is far worse than what I had written myself! If a student of mine turned this in to me, I would give it an "F!" Yet, this is what TopResume advertises on their website about this worthless product: "Designed for the proven leader. Executive writer - top 10% of our network. Formatting that will get an employer's attention. Your resume will be optimized to pass through Applicant Tracking Systems." Hugely deceptive advertising! Extremely poor service and product!
