Toshiba toshiba refused to give me a rebate for computer. all information was sent in time young america Minnesota

 I bought Toshiba computer in july of 2013. there was $50 rebate for it.  I did provide Toshiba with all information

for the rebate.  The rebate was declined  for following reason(s): No purchase date was printed on the receipt submitted.

it was original receipt from the store. I could read the date and time of the purchase even though it had black stains( cheap thermo paper used by all retailers). when i tried to call Toshiba it sounded like I reached call center in Bombay.

the answer was no rebate.This was the worst shopping experiance I have ever had. Toshiba should hire the people

who can read.  the $ 50  they did not give me can be used for that purpose. $50 should cover monthly wage for 50

people who can read.

tried to contact Toshiba but e mail and any other contacts would not work. 

I will never buy any other toshibe product again.
