Carson Toyota ripoff mistreated Carson California

I purchased a brand new Toyota Tercel in 1994. In the contract There was nothing about the $1726 I put down on it not even deducted from the interest.

The sales people went as far as not allowing me to leave. This happened to the extent that they asked to see the car that I wanted to trade in on it, took my keys and wouldn't give them back no matter how mant times I demanded.

After they wore me down and I gave in. They added a service contract and when I questioned it I was told it came with the car. It didn't and eventually the truth came out but, Do you think anyone gave a hoot, Not!

I went home and passed out, when I awoke the next morning I dashed down there and demande they take the car back. Their response was "You signed the contract" and guess what, They were right. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint and they told me there wasn't anything they could do.

The new car had more proplems with it then the one I traded in on it. I took it to get it repaired four times and everytime I was call to pick it up nothing was fixed.

I wrote a letter to the owner who was an aquaintances father who remembered my name. He sent me a letter and asked me to call another gentleman.This man was the General Manager of Sales and all he said was "our $800 per hour lawyers will tear you lawyers up.

I decided to drive to Washington and put about 10000 miles on it. I then took it back and told them to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. returned it and it was on my credit for ever.

I got news they Auctioned it off and the poor sap who bought didn't own it very long and I got the tickets on it
