Trans Union TransUnion failing to respond to arbitration Retliating being Vindicitive Chester Pennsylvania

I have requested Trans Union and NCI to appear in arbitration in accordance with the FAA act of 1921. The reasons are many but I will list a few

1). On 02/18/2008, I received a phone call from HSBC from Hong Kong they told me that the people who are harassing you and provided information was were Trans Union and NCI based in Georgia. I have filed complaints against OCWEN and or NCI they disregarded the FCRA and FCDPA act I checked my credit report with Fair Isaac and there was no collection activities . I paid 16.00. for this. NCI and OCWEN kept calling since 10/2007 even though I told them not to call they also gave bogus names places and faudlent debt. Claiming it was from Household Orchard Bank Public agencys They called from 10/2007 till 02/2008

2). Trans Union misused my information despite having Rental records Notarized Apostilled This is a violation of the International public corruptions act whereas a public agency who provides false information on a legalized International record is considered a felony signed by President Jimmy Carter 1977.

3). I filed arbitration against Trans Union and NCI file# MX0803002049238 National Arbitration Forum Minnesota

4).Trans Union keeps mailing Credit reports out when they have been demanded to appear in Arbitration also they loaded up a bunch of Regular and Collection activities after filing arbitration file# 185641644

5). I have asked Trans Union and NCI to appear in arbitration so that they can receive copies of all Notarized Apostilled documents I have more than 21
this shows Car history Rental history Public documents Marriage Child
affadivits. That way we can insure that records are properly being maintained

6). Trans Union keeps playing with Capital One accounts well they have refused to goto arbitration 4 times

7). I would like to ask that TRANSUNION NCI do not goto the FTC for pertection and take responsibility for their actions

8). Also I would like to suggest if you are going to run to the Government via FTC for help than maybe it would help if we all appear in Consulate court 21 member panel to address everybodys concerns yours and my concerns (grave).
