Triad Financial Corporation Harrasse and make false claims against My Mother Huntington Beach California

Back in 2003 My Mother who is now 77 years old, bought a car and was financed by Triad. From the start it was nothing but trouble. The payments were to be sent to an address in Illnois and were. The Huntington Beach Office would call my Mother up claiming they never received the payments. They openly admitted they never contacted their own office in Illnois to confirm this.

The payment were sent by registered mail and she had proof the payments made it to the Illinos Office way ahead of the due date. They kept telling never to send the payments by registered mail. Then the monthly billing statements stopped and she has never to this date recieved a monthly billing statement from them.

Last year they repossed the car claiming she was behind 3 payments, the third payment was not even due by 10 days. They demended some $1800.00 from her to get the car back. She paid them, and that 3rd payment that was sent was later cashed by Triad. Three days after my Mother paid the first demend of $1800.00 plus all the other fees involved Triad sent her a letter demanding an additional $1800.00. My Mother spent 4 days in a hospital due to all this.

Triad claims their actions are legal due to my Mother being in bankruptcy. However, 3 Credit Reporting Agency do not show any bankruptcy on my Mothers credit report. Triad has refused to show her any documents they have on her being in bankruptcy to this day.
