After trying for a week to settle and pay off a credit balance with company, after getting a reference # and everything, I get a bill today for 60.00. I call the company and they will not deal with me at all. This is a result of a late payment they say, hello, that was collected when I paid in full.

This is a company that something needs to be done about. We need to send an enormous chain letter around the U S warning people not to apply, and if they have this card to pay it off(try to) and close it down, and use a reputable company out there.
