TRIBUTE CREDIT CARD I PAID WITH A CARD FROM A LEGIT BANK ACCT, WAS GIVEN A CONFIRM#, THEN REFUSED AND CHARGED FOR A LATE PAYMENT AND NON PAYMENT. I HAD A CONFERENCE CALL BETWEEN TRIBUTE AND MY BANK AND TRIBUTE WOULD NOT HONOR MY PAYMENT. I WAS TOLD TO PAY BY PHONE AND THEY WOULD FORGIVE THE TELEPHONE PAYMENT CHG. ATLANTA Georgia

I made my payment on time. I never received a phone call or e-mail from Tribute that there was anything wrong with my payment. I checked by phone a few weeks later to check on my account. I heard that I was being charged for non payment and I had no credit available even though I did when I made my payment on time. On sept. 11-07, i spoke to a customer rep via a conference call between myself, tribute and my personal bank. Tribute did not believe that what my bank told him was true, even though we confirmed the routing number, acct. number, etc. was exactly correct. The only thing that Tribute wanted was a payment made immediatly on the phone. I take this extremely seriously as my credit is in shambles as I was left in horrible finances due to my missing deadbeat husband who is British. I have had to finance my own international divorce. I am lucky to legally help myself. I only mention this because I am not a stupid human being who believes in paying what I owe and am trying to get my life back. Tribute gives credit cards a bad name. I am interested in filing a class action suit. People are in horrible financial straits due to our leadership. It is time that thieves are stopped being given a liscence tp steal!!!!
