It took 2 months to actually get the merchandise. I had tried contacting the company via phone and email to cancel the order with no response. Once the items arrived, they were used and didn't work. It's now been 3 weeks since they were returned and I've yet to see a credit to my credit card. They never return email requests and when phoning the only thing you get is a recording stating the mail box is full.
