Charged $12.00 handling when Item was purchased from manufacture in a 4 pack. Shipped with 1 instruction so you know it came in 1 box. $12 to stick a label on the package (or to pay for the free one when they were $9.99 each). Promised upgraded shipping and free items since item was on backorder. Item shipped 12/21 without upgrading shipping. Order received 12/29, to late for Christmas. Not worth buying from this vendor.
