I ordered an item from this company on December 11, 2004. Since Christmas was approaching quickly, I paided extra for quick shipping and paid an additional $9.95 to have it gift wrapped. The product did not arrive until after Christmas. In addition, the product was not gift wrapped, instead, the item was shipped in its original box with a UPS sticker affixed to the box. I emailed the company December 29, 2004 and advised them that I would not pay for 3-5 day shipping or gift wrapping since neither service was provided. I have not received any response to date. To add insult to injury, I saw the same item for less than $13 at Walmart and I paid $33.80 for the privilege of doing business with this company.
