TVaddicts.tv And Marie They took my money and did not send me what I paid for now I cannot get them to take action. Internet

I ordered a DVD set for $168.00. When I received the order it was incomplete. I notified them right away. I was promised it was would be sent in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks nothing, sent them numerous emails, voice message and no response. I finally was able to get through in live chat, again the person Marie promises it be ship in 2 weeks, again nothing.

After 5 weeks i chatted with Marie on livechat and again she promised they would ship. I told her no I want the address where I can return them and she would not give it to me nor would she speak to me.

She then told me they would credit my account and send me a self address packet to mail the DVD back, Nothing.

So they took my money, sent me an incomplete order and will not respond at this point..oh and the product was not the quality they said it was.
