TXU Energy ripoff Over estimates monthy energy usage and will not send a meter reader out to actually read the meter regularly Dallas Texas

After months of complaining with no aid or relief TXU energy continues to estimate my monthly energy usage .

I ask them to just read the meter but the meter reader who used to be as regular as the postman is no where to be found.

Eventually they do send the meter reader out and guess what they bill me for more and say that they had to re-adjust my bill. apparently I owe them more.

My complaint has always been I want to pay for what I use can you send the meter reader out every month.

they say they do and have even sent me a schedule for when the reader is supposed to be available.

But I have taken off work to meet the meter reader on the scheduled days and no one shows up.

Eventually the meter reader will come out 6 months later and he'll read the meter then the following bill i'll get hit with six months of re-adjustments plus my regular bill which is more than anyone should have to pay all at once and theirs nothing i can do about it.

The meter reader has admitted the company will take him off of my neighborhood for months at a time.

I have done everything i can to conserve energy but with the combination of high estimates and months of bill readjustments i am having a hard time keeping up.

i am at a lose and need help what can I do?
