Ugly Duckling AKA Drive Time are rip-off artists that should be PROSECUTED to the fullest! Leesburg Florida

I bought a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am SE from Ugly Duckling Car Sales in Leesburg,FL. We traded in 2 cars for this 1 car and was only given $1000.00 for both cars. We were never told the price of the Grand Am when we asked.We also were charged an astonishing 25% interest, which I felt was outrageous.

After our 1st payment we found out about the name change to Drive Time.They (Drive Time) really have NASTY tactics for when you get behind. We(my wife and I)were told that we were charged 2 times what the Grand Am was worth,when we told Drive time to come and get the car they said they didn't want it back,that we had to pay for it anyway.

Drive Time also would not do monthly payments,they said we had to pay bi-weekly and that a monthly payment would be more than 2 payments added together. 2 days after purchasing the Grand Am the passenger side mirror just fell off the and was hanging by the electrical wiring.We would be more than happy to join in the class action suit against Drive Time.
