First time ever dealing with this insurance on a car repair claim, it took them 2 mos to approve then on top of the deductible i had to pay extra monies; when i try contacting them they are never around; got some guy to email me and he left the wrong phone number. WORST INSURANCE ON EARTH - going with (((competitor's name redacted))).
