Unique Insurance has no customer service and is a scam. Chicago Illinois

Never use this company. I have been insured with them for 3 months. I had a hit and run incident with my car and Unique is giving me the run around on repairing it. My accident was on April 14th, it is now May 9th. I have called my claims person, Angela, and she is no help what so ever on helping me deal with this. She has returned one of my phone calls, only to tell me that her company will not fix my car until I send proof of cacellation of my prior insurance. What does that have to do with this, I pay my premium for full coverage to Unique. I have also left a message with her supervisor, and he has never called back. Everyone that I have talked to at this company is rude, and has a different answer for each of my questions. It has taken 3 weeks for someone to come to my house to get an estimate on the damage to my vehicle. I have a feeling it will take longer to get it to a shop, if it ever gets to go. I would like to get as many people as I can who have had a problem with this company to contact me with their information and thier stories to send to the attorney general so that something can be done to stop Unique from being in business and so that no one else gets finacially damaged in the future.
