United Legal Processing Ace Cash Inc Ace Cash Corporation Ace Cash Incorporation ETC Constant calls and emails regarding supposed legal allegations regarding payday loan Unspecified Nationwide

For the past two years, I have received emails from this company regarding an outstanding payday loan. At first, I was frightened by the emails and started sending them money. However, when I sent my final payment, they informed me that they had "lost" my payment. I felt forced to send another one as the emails were beginning to become more and more threatening.

However, I realized that something was awry when I tried to send the payment again and they told me that the card number was wrong. They always asked me to use a reloadable payment card that you can get at Walgreens. Typically they are used to pay bills. I resent the number several times but they continued to say that it was wrong and further threatened me to send them more money. By then, I was completely suspicious and looked the name up. I HAD taken out a loan in 2008 from Ace Cash Express that I realized had been paid off when looking through my books. These people were under multiple variations of the Ace Cash name. Inc. Corporation. Incorporation. Etc.

So, I stopped sending them money, but they continued to send me emails.

Then, out of the blue, a rep from a place called "United Legal Processing" contacted my older sister in search of me. When I called the number back to confront them, I was met with severe lack of professionalism, swearing, a mixture of stories and holes in their story. First my loan was from Ace. Then from a different company, when I corrected the man on the phone he said "Oh, right, Ace. I meant Ace." I got off of the phone and looked up the name of the company and found MULTIPLE pages with the word SCAM written all over it.

I failed to have any legal help with the email fiasco, I want that money back and I want justice. Not just for me, but for all of the people affected by this scam.
