United Legal Processing Calls repeatedly threatning to be arrested Called Parents and threatened to arrest them and is calling work giving out threats Nationwide

I have been receiving phone calls from a man who says his name is Aaron Carter. He says that I owe them money and that my case is a legal matter. I asked him for this information in writing and he said no. He has called threatening to have me arrested and lose my job. I have called the FTC and they said that i need to get the address and send them a cease communication letter. However, I cant get the address from them. They have now called my job and left messages of this matter telling my receptionist that they are sending someone to arrest me and that i will be losing my job. My last draw is now they have called my parents house threatening to arrest them. I don't know what to do. This is beyond ridiculous. He also stated that he was calling from the Federal Crime Department. However that is false.
