U.S. Bank Fraudulent statement regarding checking account advance repayment Nationwide

From the website of U.S. bank (usbank.com) "You may request advances through May 30, 2014, based on current eligibility criteria."  e.

"Payment terms will be extended so customers with an outstanding Checking Account Advance balance on May 31, 2014, will have more time to repay. The changes to repayment are:

• The maximum payment amount automatically deducted from your checking account will be decreased to 25% of each eligible direct deposit, rather than the current 100%.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED

My state disability is due on the first of June. With June 1. 2014 falling on a Sunday the direct deposit came in on Friday night,  the 30th of May, 2014. 

US Bank Took 100% of the deposit!

Upon talking with their customer service "push 1 if calling about checking account advance closure" option. They informed me that since the deposit was received on the May 30 2014 they were within their rights to take 100% of the deposit. 

The checking account advance feature would not let me advance any more money so it could not still be the 30th of May I informed them.

They had it both ways, since it was the 31st they would not let me advance any more from my checking account advance feature but since it was still the 30th they were within their rights to take 100% of my direct deposit and apply it to the balance.

THEY CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS THAT IS FRAUD!
