Same as others! Order well before Christmas 08, was told there would be a 2 week delay. So I agreed. Then, Jan 6, 2009, was told it would be another month, so I cancelled order. One woman said refund would be within 72 hours. Nothing happened. After a week, I sent email and got a TOTALLY different answer. By now, it's too late for PayPal to intervene. One email said it took them at least 2 billing cycles before I could get a refund. One email said they were waiting for confirmation. BOTTOM LINE: No refund. No product which I ordered. Almost 500 complaints on the Better Business Bureau site. I filed a complaint there and will continue to file where ever I can. Maybe I'll get my money back. Sounds like I won't, but I hope to help spread the word on this fraudulent company. They need to be put in jail.

The BBB was not able to do anything, or the company just plain ignored them. I turned them into the Federal Trade Commission, no results. However, I also turned them into the Ohio State Attorney General. These people kept on top of it and for once, this 'rated F' company responded to the Atty Gen.
I suggest if you are having the same problem, contact the Attorney General of OH through their website. They might hold more clout and help you out!
