USA Wallpaper - Decorate With Style No Product No Refund Such a deal! Sandusky Ohio

In July, I placed an online order with USA Wallpaper/Decorate with Style for four rolls of wallpaper border.

The order seemed to go through just fine. I called afterward, anyway, to confirm my order. The item was discontinued, the customer-service rep said.

Naturally, I expected no charge on my Visa bill. I got one, all right, for $69.60 -- despite the fact that the items were discontinued and companies aren't supposed to bill you until they ship twhat you ordered.

I've called the company three times, and each time, a rep has assured me she'd alert the accounting office ASAP. I've also e-mailed the company twice, with no reply. The charge still appears on my Visa bill, so a month ago I placed the charge in dispute (a service Visa offers).

The matter remains unresolved.

Never, ever place an order with this dishonest company. Its promise of "Satisfaction guaranteed" is a lie.
