USA Wallpaper - Decorate With Style Refund Run-Around Sandusky Ohio

On September 17th, 2008, I made an order with USA Wallpaper for two borders. I received order confirmation and my credit card was charged for $62.78. The following day, I received an e-mail stating that my orders were on back order and would take 2 to 4 weeks to ship. This was not acceptable since the website had stated both borders were in stock. I thought about it for a few days and decided to cancel the order by phone on September 25th, 2008. I also noticed that day that the company had charged my credit card again on September 22nd, 2008 for $55.65. When I called to cancel the order, the girl was extremely rude. She said I would receive a refund in 1 to 2 billing cycles of my credit card and could not explain why my card had been charged twice. She could also not explain why I had been charged when the items in question were on back order. Flustered by this customer service person, I decided to call back at another time. The second call was just as bad, I got the same girl and she informed me that part of my order had shipped. I had no e-mail or tracking number telling me this and she could not provide me with any tracking number. I decided to e-mail the company about these issues. I emailed one person, Amy and received no response. I emailed Brenda with delivery confirmation and she said she was sorry for the inconvenience and would look into things, I never heard from her again until I emailed again about my refund. She passed me onto Leslie who told me she was sorry for my inconvenience and that she would look into it but has also not emailed me since. Tomorrow I plan to contest the charges from this company since no product has come and no refund has been issued. I have also filed with the Better Business Bureau.
