Virgin Mobile No cell/data service in South Palm Beach County for over 24 hours Internet Nationwide

Apparently Virgin Mobile decided to "upgrade" the tower site/service for South Palm Beach County, and has taken the entire system down for two days, without notifying any of their customers... after over an hour with several support people at a call center in India, I was made aware of this... people need their phones to conduct business, and this has caused me to lose 3 house showings today (Realtor)... very poor customer service, and you don't have much recourse as the phones you buy are proprietary to Virgin Mobile only, so if you switch carriers you have to buy a new phone...
