Virgin Mobile deactivated my cell phone on the 16 of August My pmt. was made on 1st for the month. Say's there is Fraud to report and that I need to get a reversal Form and contact fraudalert@virginmobileusa.com wh Internet, Internet
I have been ripped off like the rest of them as it seems. My cell phone was disruppted because of Fraud?? My credit card company shows no fraud on the account. But Virgin Mobile say's because there was fraud they shut me down. That I would need to get a reversal Form and then they would investigate it and give my the credit back. I askked where do I get a reversal form? they say go to fraudalert@virginmobileusa.com WELL... no luck there. I've been had ! after reading all the other's rip-off reports. Why are thy allowed to do this to peole. Somebody needs to Shut them Down!
