Virgin Mobile Lg Optimus Elite worst cell phone company in the history of cell companies internet

 Bought an LG Optimus Elite from Best Buy and splurged for the warranty. Since then I've exchanged the phone 4 times and ended up with the same result. Can't get texts,can't be in the phone more than ten seconds without a dropped call. The phone cost me 125.00before taxes and all Virgin wants to do is downgrade me to a cheaper phone the kerocera event( a fifty dollar value),send another lg crap fest,or refund me fifty bucks to get another phone.That's a seventy dollar difference.They didn't even offer me the similarly priced Kerocera rise at 90 dollars.The phone us under waranty but alot if good that does.
