The night of 3/31/13, I tried to make a call when a "no funds available" message appeared. The fact: VM had/has $335.15 in my acct. with them. VM withdrew approx. $16. every 3 mos. over the years. The funds grew to $335.15 which they will not refund. I discovered I could not rely on their service so asked for a refund. Some of their employees said I could have the refund (emails back this up)only to have a supervisor deny a refund. I have discussed my issue with many sources, including VM and Sprint.

Virgin Mobile (VM) is continually harrassing me about "adding $ to my acct"to get their service when they still owe me $335.15 which they refuse to refund. They can't even keep track of my acct. or ph.#. This company is NOT to be trusted. I "wrote" off my loss so I wonder why they keep after me. Perhaps they will need to account to the IRS in some way.
