Walmart Connect ripoff fraudulent billing still deducting from checking acct. $9.94 a month seven months from date told not to! Columbus Ohio

In June of 2005 I contacted WalmartConnect & discontinued service. August of 2005 another contact was made to get reimbursement for continued unauthorized deductions from my checking acct. Each time I was assured I would no longer be charged. On the second call I was assured I would be reimbursed for the 2 months I had been charged. Today I was given a confirmation number 836750xx5 and an address: Wal-Mart Connect Dept L 2075 Columbus Oh 43260-2075 and told I could not be reimbursed for the past 7 months of fraudulent deductions from my account. I will contact my bank once again and any other resources available to me to resolve this matter to my satisfaction.
