I have been trying to contact the WALMART FAMILY MOBILE for months but there is no reliable phone number or email address that I can use which was provided by the employees of Walmart Family Mobile Store at Walmart Store.  Many attempt to call the phone numbers provided by the employees of Walmart Family Mobile Store at Walmart was unsuccessful.  Without the PIN number (which was never provided to me) the automated phone system will disconnect you.

Number provided to me:

877-440-9758

800-966-6546

800-866-2453

800-866-2459

877-760-8760 ext 64371

877-308-9621

All this numbers were not helpful.  I need to talk to someone live but the if you do not have the PIN number, the phone system would disconnect you.  Which no PIN number was ever issued to me. I got some email addresses as listed below:

billing@paperless.myfamilymobile.com

creditrequest@myfamilymobile.com

Both email fail to deliver.  Deliver Failure. I've tried the website.  Absolutely no way of canceling or list of contact information. I have stop using the service at the end of September 2012. According to the information I got from the Sales Rep. at Walmart store, just stop the payment then the service will discontinue.  But I've tried to make sure by contacting someone via TELEPHONE, EMAIL, WEBSITE or FACE TO FACE.  All unsuccessful. Somehow no one able to help or provide a correct information.  Also, NO PIN number was provided to me from the start.  There was no way in how to proceed this. But few weeks ago on 11/26/2012, the one phone number that I used above finally and somehow was able transfer to a live person.  That person helped me by mailing a temporary PIN number.  But the PIN did not work and because it didn't work a live person got on the phone.  What was that! Walmart Family Mobile has issue within and they are trying to blame the customer for its mistakes.  One customer service lady ID number 57001 Ms. Mafer acknowledged that they do have problems.  Date of Purchase/Incident: 6/13/2012Requested Resolution: Stop the collecting process of the amount $184.72 and stop threatening me by stating "closed in good standing"Supporting Documents: Paid invoice, Letters from Walmart Family Mobile, Emails, Undeliverable emails.

877 760 8760 is the correct number. you shouldn't need an extension. if you still have the family mobile sim card, you can put it in a phone and dial 611 as well. you shouldn't need a pin in the automated system if you choose Activations, and will be sent over to a representative.
