Walmart Family Mobile  Internet

I am having poor signal service and I have sent both phones back to the company because they are defective. we purchased the concord phones. I have been without service for half the month of august and I am still waiting on them to return my phones after two months. They have made no attempt to resolve the issure, no callbacks, kept charging me for my service, disconnected my phone, gave conflicting information, all agents have bounced me between calls or refused to let me speak to a supervisor, I have gone with out service, internet and text. I have sent over 15 emails to customer service. I was told I would only recieve one phone back even though I sent two. I have missed a day of work, spend over 40 hours on the phone, and paid out of pocket to purchase two temporary phones that I now own because it has been two months and I am still waiting on my phones to be returned.
