Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The auctions that I won state that they will deliver the won item within 14 days. I won 3 items on 09/05/2010 and it is now 10/10/2010 with none of the 3 items having been received. I have contacted them via their contact form on their website and I have been told twice I will receive the items in the next week.
Here is the gist of the email that I received on 09/26/2010:
Your request (####) has been deemed resolved.
Thank you for contacting wavee support. We apologize. You should receive your items within the next week.

UPDATE: Finally received items

UPDATE: I finally received the items that I was suppose to receive. Considering that they were just gift cards and that they were the type that were just emailed (with included codes), I cannot figure out how it took over a month to get them, BUT I did receive them finally.
