wells fargo Property loss department. property loss fraud on insurance claim check sc Nationwide

 wells fargo has had are insurance claim check since 10/7/ 15. We have done everything they have asked us to do but still am waiting for wells fargo to release the funds so we can fix are house. They keep saying that they have invested interest on are home b ut they don't care what happens to us or are house. We told them that the holes in are walls aresstarting to get mold around them and all they say is sorry but there is a process that has to be done. So we sent them a w9 for the contractor but at firt they said they didn't get tge form then 2weeks later they said o yea we have it. Then wells fargo said there is 8k unaccounted for and thats whats taking so long. I informed them to pay them release the fund to pay the contractor and release the money we put into the house just that we could stay here. I also reminded them why do you care what the money is used for they do there inspection to make sure it done so wjats the problem people. I have no idea what to do. We need to get are house fixed asap before there is more damage to are home.
