Western Digital repeat rebate ripoff: refused rebate for second product in a year. Claim I did not include the UPC or sales receipt from Best Buy. El Paso Texas

Western Digital says that I did not include the UPC or the sales reciept from Best Buy, which is clearly false as this was double checked (always) by my wife when we send in multiple rebates. Best Buy produces exactly everything needed. They will not accept a scanned image or copy I made, but since they have the original, I cannot send it to them again. This is the second time I have been ripped off by Western Digital/BestBuy, fool me twice, shame on me.
