Western Digital sell external hard drives. so I purchased one to protect all my pictures. Hundreds and hundreds of pictures. Now it has broke and they say there is nothing they can do.

They give me a phone number of some company that wants to Charge $900 to get the pictures off the drive!!
They do not stand behind their product!!!!
