on july 6th 2007 called wildblue to set up service. paid by debit to have everything sent to my home i would need for service. installer called said they would be at my home to do the install.the day of install i took off work and no one showed called wildblue was told they had to call installers .

after afew days called back and was told they could come that monday, they did show the installer drilled a hold in the side of my house oops he had to drill another hold that one was off by about 10 in. after drilling the second hole he pulled the new carpet up.so all of this and he then tell me the box is bad and will have to get new one. by this time i have had to pay for 1 month of service that i have not had.after calling wild blue many times i was told they would credit my account when the service is fixed.

after another month we do get the service .so now i have payed for 2 months and would like the credit to my account.they will call me back (never happened) so in oct. i call them and told i need to reset my account so i can get the credit. ooops here we go again now my internet is not working it took me 3 calls and over 2 hour on the phone for them to tell me they donot know what to do to fix it i would have to call back on mon. in the mean time i did get the service going after entering the first codes from the frist install.

on nov 6th i get a call from my bank telling me wildblue has debited my account 324.07 and 49.95 and 53.28 . i called wildbule and was told after 40 min. they only debited me 324.07 and it would take 7 to 14 day to debit it back . the kid i was talking to kept telling me they did not debit me the other amounts . i went to the bank payed the 30.00 to stop payment . now when i call them i am put on hold and no one will pick up.

I did get to speeak with someone(nicole) at wild blue on 11-16 she told me to fax her what i had and gave me a ticket # i am told they will return the money to my account in 10 -14 day. well you guessed it i check my wildblue account this morning 11-18 they have now debited me 324070.0,49950.0,53280.0,389090.0, and im not sure of the rest of the charges i was so mad i just could not look at any more. and i know i will be getting a call from my bank on mon. morning.i will be calling wild blue on mon. i am pretty sure i will be put on hold and they iwll tell me they are going to look into it. so i also will be closeing my account on mon. god only knows what all of this is going to coast. im sure i will be updateing this again very soon
