Windstream Bundle Packages are a big RipOff Charlotte North Carolina

I ordered the bundle package for my daughter and ask alot of questions to the representive about the package. I was told for high speed internet, dish network and phone services it would be $98.00 for six months then the remaining months $121.50. Well for the past 2 months the bill has been higher and I can not get windstream to understand that when you quote a customer a price that is what it should be. Today he informed me that the second bill had dish network on it since dish network hadn't billed them the first month. So I informed him that we were thinking of discontinuing our services because they didn't stand up to their part of the agreement. He informed me that Windstream had no contract with me but Dish Network did and would be wanting money because I was going to terminate the services. I never talked or order anything through Dish Network. I order the bundle from Windstream. It seems to me that if Windstream can't stand up to their agreement a customer should be allowed to discontinue the service without being charged by another company. Windstream should be made to uphold the quotes that they gave the customers. I can understand the first month being higher due to installition fees but we already had the moderm for internet services and phone.
