yet another rebate rip off!
They have taken me for at least $200 and after they get my most recent communication to them possibly the entire $350!
Everything you have read about their rebate processing here on this site is true. They supply you with a MASS of confusing paperwork all due at different times. Then of course they must be mailed individually so if you buy several phones and they are all on the same bill you are making a MULTITUDE of copies.
Customer Service is NON EXISISTANT and if you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone. RUDE does not begin to describe them.
BUYER BEWARE! NEVER BUY YOUR CELL PHONE THRU A THIRD PARTY!
The idiot at WIREFLY that sold me my two phones told me my home area was serviced by CINGULAR. NOT! I wanted V'600's. WIREFLY didn't have them. So I got V 400's because as my sales agent said, with all these rebates you will be making money!
What a joke! Should have bought my V 600's straight from Cingular. Would have gotten the phone I wanted and probably paid less since not getting my rebates!
Someone bring on the class action suit!
Can we not complain to the FTC about this?

wonder why they bothered to take the time to post a rebuttal? only response I got was yet another rejection letter. Too many different deadlines, too much small print and too much BS...BUY DIRECTLY FROM YOUR PHONE COMPANY
