This company had what would be considered by most people to be a great deal on a cell phone with what appeared to be legitimate rebates. It turns out that the rebates were bogus.

I filled the rebate forms out properly and provided it in the time window that they asked for. The rebate company never sent the rebate money. Then they have the nerve to say that the rebate was not submitted on time and have some other excuses as to why they won't send the money for the rebate.

I think they'll shell out when a class action is filed. These guys have sat on this money long enough! I should hope that I will never be foolish enough to fall for this type of scam again.
