WireFly, Inphonic RIP-OFF, Lying, Stealing, Scamming Company Washington, DC 20007 Washington Washington

I am sorry to say that our experience with wirefly.com(also know as Inphonic) and the rebate center was a nightmare! Our phones kept getting shipped to Parkersburg,WV instead of Pennsboro, WV! We had to keep telling them to correct the address for a year. We sent our rebates in the mail in Jan05.

We then waited and never received the rebates, so we called several times and kept getting told to wait, then finally to resubmit the forms. We did this and they rejected our rebates. We have been trying to claim our rebates for over a year. The rebate center has lost our originals and then denied even getting them. Now they say they received the rebates too EARLY! What is with this company?

I have been trying to co-operate with this company for over a year. They have cursed at me, and even hung-up the telephone on me. All this just because I wanted to know where my rebates went to. The company has admitted receiving the forms and then denied the receipt of the same forms. I think the main issue is the amount of money the rebates are worth. I have two cellphones with rebates of $150 each, totalling a full rebate of $300. This has been the worst company to deal with about rebates.
I am proud to advise that there are several other customers having the same problem with this company, as found on the internet.
